Ingredients
Sauce:
- 2 T Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- ½ T Soy sauce, lower sodium
- ½ t Ginger, dried
Stir-Fry:
- 1 T Olive oil
- ½ lb Pork loin, cut into strips
- 1 c Broccoli, chopped
- ½ c Carrots, sliced
- ½ c Mushrooms, sliced
Directions
- MIX sauce ingredients. ADD ½ T sauce mixture to pork; TOSS to coat. LET stand 5 minutes.
- STIR-FRY meat mixture and vegetables in oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
- ADD remaining sauce mixture. SIMMER 2 minutes. SERVE over rice.
