Ingredients
- 6 c Pears, sliced
- ⅓ c Brown sugar
- 2 T Cornstarch
- ½ t Cinnamon
- ¼ t Ginger
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 T Lemon juice
- Cooking spray
Topping:
- ⅓ c Sugar substitute
- ½ c Flour
- ¼ c Flour, whole wheat
- ¼ c Brown sugar
- ⅓ c Margarine, cold
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 425˚F.
- MIX pears, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and lemon juice.
- SPRAY 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- POUR mixture into prepared pie plate.
- MIX sugar substitute, flours, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping mixture over pears.
- BAKE for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
