Ingredients
- 1 can Peaches, sliced, light syrup, drained (20 oz)
- 2 Apples, medium, sliced
- ½ t Vanilla
- ¼ t Cinnamon
- 1 c Whole wheat flour
- ¼ c Brown sugar
- 3 T Margarine, chilled
- Cooking spray
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350˚F.
- SPRAY a 9x9x2 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- COMBINE peaches, apples, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
- TOSS well and spread evenly in casse-role dish.
- COMBINE flour and sugar in a small bowl.
- CUT in margarine with two forks until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- SPRINKLE flour mixture evenly over fruit.
- BAKE until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
